What you will do

• Lead the art team, provide constructive feedback and training.
• Help create all necessary art materials for the project from the concept phase until the final product.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to evaluate staffing requirements and be involved in the artists' recruitment process.
• Control quality and identify work process improvements.
• Act as a role model for the team, creating a healthy and positive vibe.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Understanding of industry-standard practices, tools, pipelines, workflows, technical budgeting, and challenges of real-time development.
• Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to work with different art styles.
• Ability to lead, inspire, grow, and motivate a diverse team of artists.
• Attention to visual details and a great artistic portfolio.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Communication in English is required.
