What you will do

• Work closely with Art Leads to deliver quality assets on time.
• Create concepts and designs for various features, including characters, buildings, and props.
• Collaborate cross-discipline with narrative, design, and product teams.
• Create 2D production art for in-game assets.
• Manage deliverables and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Provide clear feedback to internal and external artists.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience as a concept artist or 2D artist working in games.
• Strong ability to research and reference material for idea generation and problem-solving.
• Ability to design whimsical characters, environments, and props according to established art direction.
• Excellent understanding of traditional art principles including composition, scale, perspective, rendering, color, and form.
• Proficient in digital art software such as Photoshop.
• Excellent written, verbal, and team communication skills.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of general 3D and game art production techniques.
• Mobile games experience.
• 2D Animation or VFX experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted creative tools such as Scenario, ChatGPT, or GeminiAI.
