What you will do

• Work closely with the Art Directors to deliver the highest quality in game character art.
• Oversee the creation of endearing, memorable models that reflect the personalities of the characters within the game, by internal and external artists.
• Produce visual benchmarks and production guides, breaking down technical specifications to reproduce assets within style.
• Collaborate with Production to coordinate character art resources, schedules and priorities based on project needs.
• Consistently strive to exceed the highest quality standards of the studio.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a history of creating stunning character models in different styles.
• Experience in shipping multiple titles in your career as a Character Artist.
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, costume, characterisation and a good working knowledge of PBR materials.
• Exceptional sculpting ability in ZBrush and deep knowledge of Maya/ Max, Substance Designer/Painter and Unity/ Unreal.
• Experience in giving feedback either to internal teams and or Outsource partners.
• Superior communication, organizational, time management and interpersonal skills.

• Experienced working with an IP.
• Experience with fighting/combat system development.
