What you will do
- Review, polish, and integrate outsourced 3D models to meet game quality and pipeline standards.
- Understand and respect project art and technical direction for implementation.
- Implement models using shaders and real-time lighting for in-game use and cinematics.
- Create assets for art direction and gameplay prototypes.
- Collaborate with programming and game design teams for optimal use of polygons, shaders, and textures.
- Create diverse 3D models (vehicles, props, weapons) with appropriate textures and UV layouts.
Requirements
- Mid-Senior level experience as a 3D Outsourcer Artist.
- Proven ability to review, polish, and integrate outsourced 3D models.
- Experience with real-time lighting solutions, shaders, and material workflows (diffuse, roughness, metalness, normal maps).
- Skilled in 3D modeling for game assets (vehicles, props, weapons) with various polygon counts.
- Strong understanding of UV layout distribution to maximize quality.
- Ability to work in Barcelona under a hybrid model.
