Head of Procurement: Designing and implementing a global procurement strategy, policies, and workflows with an accent on end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and vendor contract management for SaaS, cloud, and advertising spend. Location: Hybrid (New York, USA). Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
Salary: $141,590 – $200,000 base salary per year.

What you will do
- Design, document, and implement hirify.global's global procurement strategy, policies, and workflows.
- Own and execute end-to-end sourcing, negotiation, and vendor selection for SaaS, cloud, and advertising spend.
- Partner with various departments to review, draft, and negotiate all vendor contracts.
- Proactively analyze all company spend to identify and execute significant cost-saving opportunities.
- Design and manage the company's purchase order process and track procurement KPIs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the procurement team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in procurement, with a focus on SaaS, cloud, advertising, and indirect spend in a global environment.
- At least three years of experience in a procurement leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead procurement functions in a multi-national, geographically-disbursed environment.
- Demonstrable track record of leading complex negotiations and managing the full contract lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing "procure-to-pay" (P2P) workflows and global procurement policies.
- Solid understanding of procurement software, ERP systems, and spend management tools (Coupa and NetSuite preferred).
