hirify.global is hiring for RingCentral’s internal platform, PlanIT, which supports key SDLC workflows including planning, release management, resource management, QA processes, vulnerability management, and reporting.
What you will do
- Gather, clarify, and align requirements from multiple stakeholder groups, resolving conflicts and documenting agreements.
- Convert agreements into well-structured user stories with acceptance criteria and a definition of done.
- Maintain and prioritize a transparent backlog for teams and stakeholders.
- Provide context, explain the “why,” and answer team questions during refinement and delivery.
- Ensure solutions remain consistent across product domains and aligned with the product direction.
- Improve user flows by simplifying processes, reducing complexity, and specifying behavior and edge cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience specifically as a Product Owner.
- Strong Agile practice, including backlog ownership, refinement, planning, and demos.
- Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into clear, testable user stories.
- Strong facilitation and alignment skills across stakeholders, with the ability to document decisions clearly.
- Strong UX mindset, with experience improving flows in complex products.
- Proven, practical use of AI in day-to-day work.
- English is required for written communication and documentation.
- On-site presence at our office 4 days a week is required.

- Experience building internal platforms/tools for engineering organizations.
