Product Owner (Direct Booking)

What you will do

• Assist in the exploration and refinement of the product roadmap by partnering with the Product Manager.
• Prioritise and maintain the team’s product backlog, ensuring a refined pipeline of items for development.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to translate requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define product release plans and regularly communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.
• Manage production issues and customer support queries, incorporating fixes and enhancements into the backlog.

Requirements

• Curious product mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Skilled facilitator who drives outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
• 3+ years' experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of product tools, lifecycle, and practices.
