What you will do

• Define and prioritize the backlog by gathering requirements and writing clear epics/user stories.
• Drive delivery by leading/participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Bridge business and technology by translating business problems into technical requirements.
• Lead cross-functional execution by partnering across company teams to remove blockers.
• Advance AI/ML capabilities across supervised/unsupervised learning, anomaly detection, and GenAI/LLMs.
• Champion production ML best practices, data governance, and monitoring.

Requirements

• 6-4+ years in Product/PO and/or DS/ML roles, with a track record of shipping AI/ML to production.
• Ability to grasp both functional and technical dimensions of complex AI/ML systems.
• Deep experience in Agile delivery, backlog/roadmap management, and cross-team alignment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Domain experience in cybersecurity/identity/PAM or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with LLMs/NLP (transformers, RAG) and classical ML.
• Comfort with MLOps tooling and observability.
