What you will do

• Create, develop, and maintain an innovative artistic vision for the game.
• Oversee the visual development of the game to completion.
• Coordinate and manage the activities of the art team, ensuring timely completion and delivery of tasks.
• Lead regular art team meetings to review and maximize all art assets.
• Mentor, motivate, and support each artist to produce the highest quality work.
• Develop strategies for the professional development of all art team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years working in the digital media industry as an Art Director or Lead Artist.
• Must have shipped at least two AAA titles as an Art Director or three or more AAA titles as a Lead Artist.
• Expert knowledge in all aspects of art production including lighting, 2D & 3D, and concept design.
• Demonstrable experience managing large art teams and schedules.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.

• Experience programming or scripting.
