What you will do

• Lead stakeholder interviews and requirement-gathering workshops across departments.
• Analyze current processes and document the “as-is” operational landscape.
• Define high-level “to-be” workflows and key functional modules.
• Identify integration points, data dependencies, and regulatory constraints.
• Produce discovery deliverables: BRD, functional concept, and system scope outline.

Requirements

• 6+ years as a Business Analyst in digital transformation or large-scale IT implementation projects.
• Proven experience translating multi-stakeholder, cross-system processes into structured documentation.
• Understanding of enterprise or government-grade platforms (identity management, digital licensing, or document workflows).
• Experience in cloud-based solution environments and mobile ecosystems.
• Strong command of GDPR, auditability, and data-governance principles.
• English: Professional proficiency (C1) required.
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative delivery models.

Nice to have

• Background in regulated industries such as public sector, transport, or insurance.
• Exposure to system integration, microservices architecture, or API management.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, Figma, or equivalent.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CSPO, or Agile Business Analyst preferred.
