What you will do

• Develop vendor communication channels as a full-scale product with a clear roadmap and backlog.
• Define and evolve the integration architecture with external providers.
• Improve channel efficiency while reducing operational costs (OPEX).
• Own SLA performance across vendors (delivery rate, latency, MTTR).
• Build and enhance monitoring, alerting, and post-incident processes.
• Design and implement multi-vendor and dynamic routing strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis within high-load or platform environments.
• Experience working with external integrations and third-party providers.
• Strong understanding of SLA management, reliability, and operational metrics.
• Experience building or improving scalable system architectures.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams.
• Fluent English (B2+).

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or communication-heavy platforms.
• Background in multi-vendor or routing architecture.
• Experience working with messaging providers (SMS, WhatsApp, Email, Push, etc.).
• Knowledge of dynamic traffic routing strategies.
• Experience negotiating or managing vendor contracts.
