TL;DR

Business Analyst (Payments & Transfers): Collecting and analyzing requirements from stakeholders to align business logic across systems and improve payment processes for a mobile application. Accent on standardizing payment processes and ensuring smooth integrations with internal and external services. Focus on identifying root causes of process errors, translating regulatory requirements, and facilitating communication between technical teams and business units.

Location: Flexible remote worldwide with optional relocation support to Mexico, Cyprus, Serbia, or Kazakhstan.

What you will do

  • Collect and analyze stakeholder requirements, making decisions on system changes, and overseeing implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units.
  • Deeply understand product workflows, specializing in payments and transfers functionality.
  • Identify and resolve root causes of process errors in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders to transform their requests into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into product and system requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of banking operations and card products (debit cards, payment flows, fees, KYC/AML).
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Ability to set clear business tasks for development teams, with a solid understanding of how services are structured.
  • Experience in cross-team collaboration, strong analytical and systematic thinking.
  • Experience in creating BPMN, UML, DFD, or similar schemes for visualizing and documenting business processes.
  • English: B2 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech or banking.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.
