What you will do

• Assist in creating and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns to drive audience acquisition and retention.
• Define, execute, and manage targeted campaigns with clear deliverables and commercial impact for conferences.
• Manage projects with internal and external stakeholders across conference marketing and COEs.
• Utilize analytical tools to identify the best channel mix and optimize ROI on campaign spend.
• Review customer insights and conference wrap-ups to inform campaign development.
• Define and execute client-facing content strategies to engage clients and prospects.
• Analyze and communicate weekly KPI results to inform campaign optimization.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in outbound/digital marketing with direct responsibility for delivering revenue.
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Knowledge and experience in marketing campaign creation, lead management, and pipeline conversion.
• Data-driven and analytical, with experience in Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in email marketing and marketing automation (e.g., Eloqua).
• Experience with SEO/SEM, web content creation, and content management (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager).
• Some travel will be required.
