Focus on managing complex projects from concept through execution and ensuring events support multiple stages of the sales and marketing funnel.
Location: Must be based in the United States
Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 per year

What you will do
- Help execute an integrated event strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Own and maintain the event calendar, spanning national, regional, and district appearances.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on attendance, logistics, and event programming.
- Develop and manage budgets for individual events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze attendance data to inform future event planning and conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in event marketing, with a proven track record of success in planning and executing high-impact events.
- Experience in developing and managing event budgets.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment using Google Suite, Slack and project management tools such as Airtable.
Nice to have
- Prior edtech or trade show experience is a plus but not required.
