TL;DR

Director, Customer Value Architects (Cybersecurity): Leading a team of Customer Value Architects to drive customer onboarding, platform adoption, and value realization for LATAM accounts with an accent on minimizing churn and contraction, ensuring customers maximize their security investment. Focus on expanding sales within existing accounts, demonstrating ROI through business value analyses, and developing executive business reviews.

Location: Remote within the USA, supporting LATAM accounts. Requires up to 40% travel to customer and/or internal meetings/events. Must be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

What you will do

  • Lead a team of direct report Customer Value Architect staff in account onboarding execution and defining customer success plans.
  • Partner with direct sales leaders to expand sales within existing and/or new accounts via Falcon Flex adoption and expanded use.
  • Promote and supervise the development of competitive business propositions for the product portfolio and ensure renewals are achieved via demonstrated realized value.
  • Ensure the CVA team conducts business value analyses to demonstrate ROI and financial impact, as well as delivers Executive Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Drive team efforts in additional Falcon Flex consumption within a defined sales territory and strategic Flex adoption and planning across strategic accounts.
  • Nurture career development, select staff, and manage performance and pay discussions of team members.

Requirements

  • BA/BS or equivalent educational background is preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional and management experience.
  • Demonstrated industry knowledge of a customer’s decision-making process, goals, strategies, and business objectives.
  • Effective presentation, customer service, financial/business acumen, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
  • Fully functional knowledge of sales methodologies, security software solutions, software business value concepts, and the company's products.
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese in written and verbal communication.
