What you will do
- Lead delivery of platform-wide innovation and scalability initiatives (Salesforce, integration services, third-party applications).
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to ensure platform services support scalable, AI-enabled experiences responsibly.
- Coordinate execution across multiple engineering and business domains, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to define program scope, system interfaces, and service-level objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional planning and governance processes for effective program prioritization and staffing.
- Drive agile execution using Jira and related tools, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program management, including delivery of large-scale, cross-team initiatives.
- Proven track record managing programs with broad scope of ownership across multiple services, domains, or organizations.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for collaborating with engineering and AI/ML teams, including understanding of system/API design and data modeling.
- Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts.
- Strong background in service management, operational readiness, systems integration, AI-driven ecosystems, and end-to-end technical program delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (integrations, customizations, workflows), Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies, Jira, and program governance frameworks.
- English: B2 required.
