TL;DR

Senior Technical Program Manager (Commercial Services Infrastructure & AI): Leads delivery and evolution of commercial services infrastructure and platforms with an accent on driving platform-wide innovation, scalability, and responsible AI-driven capabilities. Focus on coordinating cross-functional technical execution, defining system interfaces, and ensuring alignment with strategic outcomes.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in Seattle, Washington, United States. Must have legal work authorization for the US (E-Verify participant, I-9, SSA, DHS).

Salary: $184,500.00 – $258,000.00

What you will do

  • Lead delivery of platform-wide innovation and scalability initiatives (Salesforce, integration services, third-party applications).
  • Provide thought leadership and guidance to ensure platform services support scalable, AI-enabled experiences responsibly.
  • Coordinate execution across multiple engineering and business domains, managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Architecture teams to define program scope, system interfaces, and service-level objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional planning and governance processes for effective program prioritization and staffing.
  • Drive agile execution using Jira and related tools, ensuring visibility and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in technical program management, including delivery of large-scale, cross-team initiatives.
  • Proven track record managing programs with broad scope of ownership across multiple services, domains, or organizations.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude for collaborating with engineering and AI/ML teams, including understanding of system/API design and data modeling.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts.
  • Strong background in service management, operational readiness, systems integration, AI-driven ecosystems, and end-to-end technical program delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (integrations, customizations, workflows), Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies, Jira, and program governance frameworks.
  • English: B2 required.
