What you will do

• Deliver engaging, high-impact in-person and virtual training experiences focused on learner application and confidence for Vertex products.
• Facilitate learning through discussion, inquiry, real-world scenarios, and guided practice.
• Adapt facilitation in real time based on learner signals, questions, and observed gaps.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to identify learner trends, personalize reinforcement, and inform facilitation strategies.
• Partner with instructional designers and SMEs to refine training materials based on insights and feedback.
• Travel up to 40% to deliver training at client sites, regional centers, and conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Six (6)+ years of experience delivering high-impact, live training to professional or technical audiences.
• Demonstrated success driving learning application and adoption, not just completion.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise technology environments is preferred.
• Experience leveraging LMS and learning analytics to inform training effectiveness.
• Exposure to AI-enabled learning or enablement tools is strongly preferred.
• Expertise in adult learning theory and facilitation-based instructional strategies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, actionable learning.
• Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance training effectiveness and learner insight.
• Exceptional verbal communication and executive presence.
