TL;DR

Client Services Representative: Assisting global clients with account and platform-related issues, ensuring a world-class customer experience with an accent on real-time problem solving and troubleshooting technical and treasury inquiries. Focus on educating customers on the product line and managing customer data efficiently.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL.

Salary: $54,000.00 USD (plus a 4% annual target bonus)

What you will do

  • Resolve client support inquiries via phone and email regarding accounts and the platform.
  • Assist clients with account setup, technical support, troubleshooting, and treasury-related items.
  • Educate and empower customers to maximize the hirify.global product line.
  • Manage customer data efficiently and accurately using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Trade Desk, Technical Support, and Compliance.
  • Identify and communicate emerging client needs and feature requests to management.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn complex systems quickly.
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with customers, showing genuine care for their issues.
  • Ability to explain complex information or instructions in a simple, understandable way.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to follow up on multiple issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to troubleshoot computer issues directly with clients.
  • Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL.

Nice to have

  • Written and spoken fluency in Spanish.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume technology company.
  • Prior experience with CRM software and customer service ticketing software.
  • Knowledge of the trading industry.
