What you will do

• Leverage market and competitive intelligence and data to understand customer behaviors and market needs.
• Influence product and service delivery roadmaps, pricing, and entitlements to create compelling customer experiences.
• Translate segment and marketplace needs into strategic product marketing plans to drive user acquisition and retention.
• Establish metrics for success and actively analyze business data to generate insights and make informed decisions.
• Craft comprehensive and engaging narratives and messaging hierarchies that are customer and research-backed.
• Lead with operational rigor through the development of principle-based prioritization across an array of AI+HI offerings and initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in product marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge or experience with AI and human expert services is highly preferred.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders with data-backed visions.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills to communicate objectives, recommendations, and results to senior leaders.
• Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, initiative, and the desire to drive significant, measurable performance results.
