What you will do

• Lead, recruit, train, and mentor a team of Systems Engineers focused on technical presales.
• Support the field SE team with complex evaluations, proof-of-value exercises, and troubleshooting for clients.
• Deliver highly technical and strategic content to educate clients, partners, and employees.
• Provide design consultation and best practice mentorship during the pre-sales process for strategic opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technical Marketing, and R&D to influence product features based on customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a presales Systems Engineering Manager.
• In-depth knowledge of security product market trends and company technology roadmap.
• Demonstrated leadership and general business management skills.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive security solutions and understand competitive selling strategies.
