Salary: $232,000–$261,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Integration and Community Specialists.
• Establish scalable systems, tools, and automations for white-glove services.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and lead technical discovery and architectural reviews for complex integrations.
• Own solution architecture for hirify.global's most technically challenging AAA managed accounts.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior technical stakeholders at partner studios.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive successful customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team with a demonstrated ability to develop talent.
• Technical background in game development, with direct experience within a game studio or game ecosystem provider.
• Ability to read, understand, and discuss code across multiple languages.
• Familiarity with game engines (Unity, Unreal) and development toolchains.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences.
• Track record of building relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese.
• Experience as a Solutions Engineer, Architect, or Technical Account Manager.
• Experience with gamedev-focused developer platforms or SDK integrations.
• SQL proficiency and data analysis experience.
