Gameplay Analyst (Gamedev): Providing data-driven analysis and insights to improve game performance indicators with an accent on revenue, engagement, and retention. Focus on understanding player behavior, developing interactive dashboards, and contributing to strategic planning discussions.

Location: This role will be onsite in our Austin, TX office

What you will do

• Provide actionable insights to impact key metrics such as revenue, engagement, and retention.
• Develop interactive dashboards using tools such Tableau, Excel, & Grafana.
• Provide quantitative analysis to solve complex problems using tools like SQL, Excel, R or Python.
• Participate in strategic and operational planning discussions.
• Own A/B testing design, performance tracking, and communication of test performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related.
• 2+ years of professional experience in analytics, statistics, or engineering.
• Advanced SQL Skills.
• Understanding of relational databases & ETL concepts.
• Clear and effective communication of complex ideas and analysis.
• Self-motivated and accountable as to work with little direction.

Nice to have

• Coding experience for Analytics & Data Science (R or Python).
• Agile/Scrum software development experience.
• Critical thinking and creative problem solving.
