What you will do
- Become the Regional Product Authority for the hirify.global product suite in NORAM, understanding local merchant needs and regulatory requirements.
- Drive product-market fit by acting as a filter and feedback loop between the local market and global Product teams.
- Own market intelligence by developing a granular understanding of macro trends, emerging verticals, and competitor activity in the payments landscape.
- Lead regional Go-To-Market strategies for a targeted portfolio of services, ensuring the local sales force is equipped.
- Build and manage a revenue pipeline of merchants by proactively identifying cross-sell/up-sell opportunities with specific products.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Commercial Strategy, Product Management, Management Consulting, or a complex B2B Sales environment.
- High learning agility to absorb technical concepts quickly and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in commercial strategy, including working with data, forecasting revenue, and building commercial pipelines.
- Natural ability to analyze market trends and macro-economics to identify future growth areas ahead of competition.
- Comfortable actively partnering with global Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and regional Commercial stakeholders.
- English: B2 required.
