What you will do
- Serve as a Tier 2 escalation point for Oracle HCM functional and technical issues, resolving complex incidents across multiple modules.
- Collaborate with IT, Oracle Support, HR, and Payroll stakeholders to diagnose issues and drive timely resolutions.
- Assist with configuration changes, testing, and validation for system upgrades, new features, and enhancements, including Oracle Redwood-related initiatives.
- Manage Oracle HCM integrations with payroll, benefits, and other third-party systems, helping ensure data accuracy and stability.
- Maintain data accuracy and compliance with HR policies, regulations, and security practices, including support for audits.
- Test systems and support releases, including quarterly Oracle updates and larger transformation projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud across key modules such as Core HR, Learn, Talent, OTL, and Onboarding (Journeys).
- Strong functional HR process knowledge paired with deep technical troubleshooting skills and Tier 2 support experience, including root cause analysis.
- Hands-on experience with system implementations, upgrades, and large-scale HR technology transformation initiatives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
- Experience in data auditing, testing, analytics, troubleshooting, and production support within an HR technology environment.
Nice to have
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications and experience with HR systems administration and UAT coordination.
- Background in large-scale HR technology transformations, including change and project management exposure.
- Knowledge of HR compliance and security practices and experience supporting global or multi-country HCM implementations.
