What you will do

• Develop robust customizations and integrations across Salesforce Sales, and/or Marketing Clouds.
• Build with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Ensure performance, data quality, and system integrity with clean, testable code.
• Actively monitor and improve platform performance, addressing technical debt and scaling challenges.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce best practices, platform limits, and scalable design patterns.
• Proficient in CI/CD workflows using Git and Salesforce DX.
• Comfortable engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and mentoring peers.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the drive to build systems that last.
