What you will do

• Lead marketing campaign execution and coordination across various marketing channels and sales support.
• Own campaign schedules, calendars, and project plans, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
• Oversee marketing budget, strategically allocate resources, and optimize spend to maximize ROI.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Track progress on key initiatives, report on status, and drive operational discipline in marketing efforts.
• Organize and document meeting notes, decisions, and action items, and manage marketing asset repositories.

Requirements

• 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with expertise in project management, campaign execution, and team leadership.
• Expertise with leading marketing departments within a B2B, SaaS business.
• Proven success driving pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing programs.
• Experience working with marketing agencies; strong partnership with Sales and executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs, analytics, and reporting methods.
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or relevant field.
