What you will do
- Drive recurrent and upsell revenue to contribute to the continuous growth of hirify.global.
- Align and execute the renewals strategy.
- Take part in hiring, onboarding, and integrating new hires into the team.
- Work with the Renewals department leadership team to ensure technical post-sales objectives are met.
- Collaborate with different departments internally to ensure the best customer product experience and continuously generate process improvements.
- Lead by example and coach team members by sharing best practices from one's own experience in a leadership role.
Requirements
- Ability to lead a team, providing motivation and clear direction to meet expectations.
- Proven ability to influence and mentor others in a technology-focused environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and develop strong cross-functional relationships.
- Deep understanding of customer management practices, solutions, and all aspects of sales support processes.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrate technical leadership and subject matter expertise in hirify.global products, especialy hirify.global Data Platform.
