What you will do

• Lead multiple engineering teams, owning delivery, technical direction, and performance.
• Drive technical and operational strategy, optimizing for system-level outcomes.
• Partner with product, design, and stakeholders to define goals, roadmaps, and measures of success.
• Coach Engineering Managers and ICs, holding them accountable for results and leadership.
• Lead complex, cross-team initiatives with strong planning and trade-off considerations.
• Maintain high standards for technical quality and reliability across teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years of people management experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams or managing managers.
• Track record of coaching managers or senior ICs, with strong performance management.
• Experience leading distributed teams, including managing offshore engineers and contractors.
• Strong technical judgment and credibility, shaping architectural direction.
• Solid product and business fluency, communicating complex ideas clearly.
• Demonstrable history of shipping user-facing products.
