What you will do

• Drive technical vision and execution for the hirify.global Agent Builder platform, focusing on agentic workflows, hybrid search, personalization, and scaling context-driven intelligence.
• Lead and manage a dedicated team of engineers, including 1on1s, quarterly reviews, onboarding, coaching, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Tech, Team, and Product leads on the product roadmap.
• Support customer experiences with the support teams.

Requirements

• Experience managing a team of people at scale, with flexible people management, rapid growth, and performance management.
• Experience with remote management, understanding optimization for a distributed environment.
• Experience as an individual contributor in an engineering role, having shipped quality code and understanding system building.
• Measured and articulate written and spoken communication skills for correspondence, documentation, and onboarding.
• A curiosity about learning new tools, workflows, and philosophies.
