What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for creators and partners, owning onboarding for high-value activations.
• Manage ecosystem marketing relationships and set expectations to drive alignment and partnership success.
• Act as the voice of the customer, informing product messaging, brand differentiation, and marketing content.
• Evolve the Base culture by ensuring ecosystem content reinforces Base’s core values and brand message.
• Develop a content strategy and calendar to provide value, education, and inspiration to the developer community.
• Act as the bridge between customers and the product team, sharing insights for builder collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing, partnerships, or program management experience.
• Powerful storytelling skills (written, verbal, and visual).
• Demonstrated track record of creating customer segment-oriented campaigns for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand technical topics.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Nice to have

• Experience working on crypto products and strong knowledge of crypto.
• Experience working on developer products or blockchains.
