Salary: $164,000–$200,500 USD + equity + benefits (annual)

What you will do

• Lead marketing for a business unit/product, defining the marketing vision and strategy.
• Define and execute go-to-market strategies, influencing product roadmaps with market insights.
• Develop and refine marketing messaging that resonates with target audiences.
• Manage the full marketing lifecycle from product development to growth and expansion.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to optimize marketing strategies, positioning, and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and engagement.
• Establish and track key marketing metrics for product launches and marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy and/or Product Marketing, preferably with a B2C company.
• Proven experience as a strategic marketing leader, driving GTM strategies and product adoption.
• Ability to build a strategy and roadmap of projects based on data analysis, market, and customer research.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional storytelling and communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.

• Experience in fintech-card, banking, or payments verticals.
