TL;DR

Salary: $180,000β$200,000 per year (for roles based in San Francisco).

What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of People Ops Generalists, setting clear expectations and fostering growth.
- Drive continuous improvement across the global employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Leverage technology and AI to build scalable HR processes, policies, and workflows.
- Establish audit-ready documentation and implement internal controls for SOC2 and SOX compliance.
- Research local employment laws and integrate HR processes for global expansion.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the contingent workforce program and vendor relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in People Operations, including scaling from 1,000 to 3,000+ employees in a high-growth tech environment.
- 2+ years managing a team.
- Deep knowledge of employee lifecycle management best practices and compliance requirements across multiple geographies.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday (HCM) and comfort operating across multiple People tools and systems.
- Strong understanding of audit requirements and experience implementing internal controls for compliance audits.
- Process-driven with the flexibility to adapt and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- English: B2 required.
