What you will do
- Draft and issue employment documents, and update employee data in the HRIS.
- Support visa and mobility paperwork.
- Create internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and client-facing Job Aids for automated workflows.
- Audit existing People Ops processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
- Interview internal stakeholders to understand pain points and design solutions for employee experience.
- Build templates, automations, and no-code tools to reduce manual work.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated from Human Resources, Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the technical side of HR and People Ops is essential.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with sensitive information.
- Efficient, proactive in identifying and improving repetitive tasks.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience using AI for problem-solving (beyond basic prompting).
Nice to have
- Previous HR experience.
- Experience using AI, no-code, scripting, or other automations for HR efficiency (e.g., Claude Code, Figma, Make, Google Scripts).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (Workday, Lever) or tools like Jira.
