What you will do
- Craft engaging on-demand learning pathways that equip customers to lead in enterprise generative AI.
- Design dynamic, visually compelling experiences including motion graphics, interactive video, and animated explainers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance and expand existing educational offerings.
- Identify and address gaps in learning materials with innovative, visually engaging solutions.
- Apply research-informed learning design principles and UX best practices for effective skill transfer.
- Build robust feedback and assessment systems to inform and refine learning programs.
Requirements
- Expertise in research-informed learning design, backwards design, and modern UX.
- 8+ years of experience developing on-demand, VILT, and ILT learning experiences.
- Passion and proficiency in generative AI and eagerness to build with cutting-edge AI tooling for learning development.
- Confidence and adeptness at building strong relationships with stakeholders and program managers.
- Advanced proficiency with design, graphics, video, and authoring tools, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Parta.io.
- Comfort with experimentation, iteration, and a fast-paced, ambiguous AI product environment.
- Strong builder mindset excelling at rapid prototyping over extensive upfront planning.
