What you will do

• Lead a team of Security Technical Architects who drive strategic customer engagements.
• Drive strategic engagements focused on Security Architecture across Identity, Data, and Infrastructure.
• Lead customer strategy for secure AI adoption, leveraging hirify.global Cortex and architecting trusted Agentic AI frameworks.
• Lead workshops to transition customers to modern Security Operations (SecOps), including SIEM Augmentation and Cybersecurity Data Lake.
• Build repeatable reference architectures and frameworks for Identity (IAM), Data Governance, and Encryption.
• Act as a leadership point of contact and influence product roadmaps by serving as the Voice of the Field to hirify.global’s product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 20+ years of industry experience in Data, Security, Networking, Infrastructure, or AI Engineering.
• 8+ years in a leadership role managing high-performing technical teams.
• Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI security risks (e.g., prompt injection, data leakage) and mitigation strategies using tools like Cortex Guard.
• Expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), modern authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect), and implementing robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Proficiency in securing cloud and hybrid network architectures, container and Kubernetes security, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks.

Nice to have

• Understanding of emerging AI regulations (e.g., EU AI Act) and their impact on enterprise data strategy.
• Familiarity with hirify.global’s AI Trust Center mapping to SOC2, HIPAA, and HITRUST requirements for AI/ML workloads.
