Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in one of the following US offices: New York City, NY; Riverwoods, IL; Chicago, IL; or Waltham, MA. Applicants may be required to appear onsite as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $181,900.00 - $325,050.00 USD

What you will do

• Drive CISO strategy and evolve enterprise security strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Design and lead the security operating cadence, including strategic planning and portfolio governance.
• Build and mature enterprise PMO and portfolio management frameworks across security domains.
• Support CISO with executive and Board-level materials on security posture and risk.
• Operationalize regulatory and compliance obligations into measurable roadmaps.
• Guide strategic adoption of cloud, AI/ML, and automation to modernize security operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or risk and governance, or equivalent.
• 15+ years of experience in security strategy, enterprise transformation, technology risk, or program leadership.
• Proven experience partnering with CISO, CIO, CTO, or equivalent executives in large, global organizations.
• Demonstrated success designing and scaling enterprise security programs.
• Strong background in operating model design, portfolio governance, and KPI-driven management.
• Ability to translate complex technical and regulatory topics into clear, business-oriented narratives.
