Location: Hybrid in New York, NY. Tuesdays and Thursdays required in office. Must have legal authority to work in the U.S.

Salary: $220,000–$246,000

What you will do

• Provide security architecture and engineering guidance and solutions for application, product, and cloud security.
• Offer strategic technical and network architectural guidance to senior management and technology project teams.
• Develop and design security architecture, design, and coding standards across company infrastructure.
• Lead technical design reviews to evaluate existing security controls and enhance company security posture.
• Act as a tools and services advisor, working with engineering and risk teams to build security control requirements.
• Define secure system development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and map them to a security maturity model.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience implementing security architecture principles and with system design.
• 7+ years of experience building security strategy and in development-based approaches with programming languages (e.g., Go, Python).
• 7+ years of experience performing code analysis and review, and with secure coding practices.
• 7+ years of experience implementing DevSecOps as a security architect or security engineer.
• 5+ years of experience in information security concepts and technical security controls.
• 5+ years of experience engineering scalable security solutions in a cloud-native environment and for complex enterprises.
• 5+ years of experience with security scanning technologies (SAST, DAST, and Infrastructure as Code scanning), DevOps, Jira, and other Agile automation tools.
