Focus on optimizing customer value from investments in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Email security, Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).

Location: Hybrid role with specific office locations in the US: Atlanta, GA, Austin, TX, Denver, CO, New York, NY, Washington, DC. Travel is expected less than 10%.

Salary: For Colorado: $120,000.00 - $165,000.00. For New York City and Washington, DC Metro: $132,000.00 - $182,000.00.

What you will do

• Act as a Product Manager for Professional Services, specifically in Network Services.
• Prioritize and execute on building service offerings aligned with strategic vision.
• Create sales collateral, scoping guidelines, project plans, and delivery kits/accelerators.
• Lead efforts to create and maintain selling and delivery enablement.
• Own and launch internal and external marketing campaigns (e.g., blog posts, videos, webinars) about new or improved offerings.
• Drive the team's comprehensive understanding of hirify.global's platform and capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; or minimum 5 years of experience working in a technical support, security operations center, or other highly technical team.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Professional Services, Project Management, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of the Professional Services landscape, including internal and partner-provided services.
• Proven prior work experience as a Product Manager, Practice Manager, Implementation Manager, and/or Solutions Engineer.
• Deep understanding of how the internet works, Networking and Security, Zero Trust Services/SASE, APIs, and related technologies.
• Demonstrated experience with BGP, tunneling technologies (GRE & IPSec), MPLS, SD-WAN, and hands-on experience implementing CDN, DDoS protection, WAF, load balancing.
• Fluency in English (written and oral) is a must.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
