What you will do
- Drive end-to-end product development and launch for Snap’s advertising platform.
- Lead complex product areas such as Brand & Sponsored AR, Retail Advertising, App Ads, or Ads Quality.
- Build trust and credibility through strategic influence and delivering measurable results.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering.
- Proactively identify opportunities and challenges, developing innovative solutions and roadmaps.
- Operate with autonomy, managing complexity and ambiguity while delivering high-quality products.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company (or Masters + 4 years of experience).
- Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate results clearly.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
- Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization.
- Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle including defining product needs, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
