TL;DR

Product Manager (Adtech): Driving the end-to-end development and launch of high-quality products for Snap's advertising platform with an accent on strategic influence, sound decision-making, and delivering measurable results. Location: Palo Alto, California, USA. This is an onsite role with a "default together" policy requiring team members to work in an office 4+ days per week.

Salary: $209,000–$313,000 annually (Zone A: CA, WA, NYC).

What you will do

  • Drive end-to-end product development and launch for Snap’s advertising platform.
  • Lead complex product areas such as Brand & Sponsored AR, Retail Advertising, App Ads, or Ads Quality.
  • Build trust and credibility through strategic influence and delivering measurable results.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams including Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and challenges, developing innovative solutions and roadmaps.
  • Operate with autonomy, managing complexity and ambiguity while delivering high-quality products.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company (or Masters + 4 years of experience).
  • Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate results clearly.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization.
  • Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle including defining product needs, prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
