What you will do
- Plan and manage all aspects of in-person executive meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and internal/external coordination.
- Develop and implement best practices, agenda templates, and assets to ensure seamless and productive customer experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align meeting agendas with their specific goals and needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Evaluate and improve the Customer Experience Center (CEC) process continuously, utilizing AI for enhancement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in managing executive meetings or events, preferably within a technology or B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capabilities to make informed decisions using data.
- Familiarity with Executive Briefing Center (EBC) best practices and experience in their implementation.
