What you will do

• Present hirify.global’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors.
• Work hands-on with customers, demonstrating value through demos, proofs of concept, and design.
• Develop technical champions in accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
• Stay current with hirify.global technology, competitive solutions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales engineers, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to improve products.
• Work with partners on joint architectures and account strategies for customer success.

Requirements

• Sales engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or relevant industry (analytics, data science, data engineering).
• Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences.
• Understanding and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Ability to solve customer-specific business problems using hirify.global’s solutions.
• Customer-facing skills for effective written and verbal communication.
• Must be a fluent/native French speaker.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience with modern data technology (e.g., dbt, spark, containers, devops tooling, orchestration tools, git).
• Experience with data science and machine learning technology.
