What you will do

• Define and communicate a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework and manage application portfolio and related Business Capabilities.
• Support the implementation of strategic transformation projects by translating business needs into technical solutions and defining target architectures.
• Drive the definition of Business Capabilities, ensuring cohesion between technical and functional parts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on business operations.
• Define and enforce organization-wide architecture principles, standards, best practices, tools, policies, and governance.
• Work closely with executive leadership to align architectural strategies with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or related roles within a technology area.
• Proven track record in leading architecture teams and managing large-scale transformation projects.
• Proven experience with the Azure ecosystem.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar.
• Strong Leadership, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in Bank, Assurance or Payment Services.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
