What you will do

• Build, implement, and manage critical enablement programs to equip the sales organization.
• Establish strategic partnerships with Solution Engineering leadership and cross-functional SMEs.
• Contribute to and lead the execution of the Global SE Enablement plan.
• Collaborate with the Global SE Onboarding team to refine everboarding programs.
• Share content and enablement artifacts with peers to foster scale and efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement in the data space.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
• Deep technical expertise in database OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
• Proven experience designing, building, and delivering enablement programs.
• Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• hirify.global experience (SnowPro Core and/or SnowPro Advanced certifications are a plus).
• Experience with Data science or Spark.
