Salary: $136,000–$195,500

What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for complex, cross-functional efforts including engineering enablement and customer-facing initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, product, leadership, and customers, ensuring clarity on goals, scope, and timelines.
• Build and maintain execution plans, manage risks and blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Gather feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations for product, tooling, and process improvements.
• Create scalable documentation, playbooks, and communications to improve consistency and streamline execution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of demonstrated industry experience leading medium to large programs in the software industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong program management skills with technical and business acumen.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, managing ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation, and organizational skills.
• BS/MS/PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience (e.g., familiarity with SQL, Python, Data).
