What you will do

• Lead and oversee major technical decisions, ensuring consistency and sustainability of technologies.
• Define best practices, standards, and strategic directions for SDKs, frameworks, and tools.
• Propose solutions for complex, cross-cutting topics like vendor replacement, service migrations, and privacy law compliance.
• Explore and prototype new technologies, anticipate trends, and leverage them effectively.
• Ensure technical decisions align with long-term vision, assessing risks and interdependencies.
• Collaborate with other teams and support engineering teams in developing technical skills.
• Facilitate technical review processes impacting developers in areas like performance, debugging, observability, and automated testing.

Requirements

• Solid experience in programming and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in C++, with knowledge of C#.
• Deep understanding of game engines (e.g., Anvil, Snowdrop), debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern development workflows.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in distributed team environments.
