What you will do

• Collaborate with artists, designers, and gameplay developers to create cutting-edge features, improving player experience.
• Work closely with other UI developers and game designers to organize effective prototyping processes.
• Polish UI prototypes to AAA level with attention to detail, especially with compliance, accessibility, and layout.
• Design and implement new UI systems and iterate on existing ones.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and be responsible for testing, debugging, profiling, and optimizing implementations.
• Create design documentation according to team standards and actively attend code reviews.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of C++ programming experience.
• Must have 5 years of experience developing and testing UI features across multiple platforms.
• Knowledge and experience of Unreal Engine, including UMG optimization techniques.
• Understanding of rendering, threading, networking, and other systems impacting quality and performance.
• Strong debugging and profiling skills, with the ability to write solid, reliable, and efficient code.
• Proficiency in English is required for this position, for regular communication with international colleagues, partners, and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of design relating to user interface and ergonomics.
• Shipped AAA title experience.
• JIRA, Swarm, and Perforce knowledge.
• Bachelor's (or higher) in Computer Science or a similar discipline.
