What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product design across B2C and B2B web applications, from concepts to high-fidelity execution and prototyping.
• Partner closely with Software Engineers to build technically feasible solutions that push modern web aesthetics.
• Establish and evolve design foundations, including Figma libraries, component logic, and design tokens.
• Champion craftsmanship and attention to detail to maintain a world-class user experience.
• Provide strategic design direction, ensuring visual systems are scalable, consistent, and intuitive.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant interfaces, bridging technical logic and seamless user journeys.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Senior Product Design role, successfully shipping high-end web interfaces in a product-led environment.
• Strong background in digital product design with at least 5+ years of experience and a portfolio showcasing both B2C and B2B expertise.
• Expert-level Figma skills and deep experience with component-driven design systems.
• Deep intuition for modern web frameworks and understanding of technical possibilities and constraints.
• Expertise in systemic design thinking, with the ability to structure visual systems and design tokens.
• High level of autonomy and a pragmatic, ownership-driven approach to shipping quality products.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and executive stakeholders.
