Location: Remote, based in South Africa
Salary: €1,300–€1,800 (B2B contract)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
- Deliver onboarding tasks to an exceptional standard, ensuring projects go live on schedule.
- Ensure clients enjoy a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on assigned projects.
- Collaborate with team members to support the achievement of company goals.
Requirements
- Previous professional experience in a hotel or hospitality software company, with a solid understanding of daily hotel operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model onboarding process and the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Guest-centric mindset and an international mentality.
- Willingness to work remotely full-time from South Africa.
