Location: Remote, based in South Africa

Salary: €1,300–€1,800 (B2B contract)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process.
  • Deliver onboarding tasks to an exceptional standard, ensuring projects go live on schedule.
  • Ensure clients enjoy a seamless and positive onboarding experience.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with team members to support the achievement of company goals.

Requirements

  • Previous professional experience in a hotel or hospitality software company, with a solid understanding of daily hotel operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model onboarding process and the hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in English.
  • Guest-centric mindset and an international mentality.
  • Willingness to work remotely full-time from South Africa.
