What you will do
- Orchestrate effective collaboration with sales and cross-functional leaders to drive strategy and execute campaigns.
- Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategies, including account selection and personalized content development.
- Lead account-specific campaign planning and execution, utilizing advanced account insights.
- Develop and manage regional and targeted ABM programs leveraging multiple channels.
- Create account-specific metrics and KPIs to measure program success and ROI.
- Build and optimize ABM tech stack utilization to enhance targeting and personalization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on ABM program development and execution.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-level ABM programs that delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Deep understanding of ABM technologies and martech stack integration (Marketing Automation, CRM, Intent Data platforms).
- Experience in developing account-specific content strategies and personalization at scale.
- Strong expertise in account selection methodologies and ICP development.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across sales and marketing.
