Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $130,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do

  • Orchestrate effective collaboration with sales and cross-functional leaders to drive strategy and execute campaigns.
  • Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategies, including account selection and personalized content development.
  • Lead account-specific campaign planning and execution, utilizing advanced account insights.
  • Develop and manage regional and targeted ABM programs leveraging multiple channels.
  • Create account-specific metrics and KPIs to measure program success and ROI.
  • Build and optimize ABM tech stack utilization to enhance targeting and personalization.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on ABM program development and execution.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-level ABM programs that delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Deep understanding of ABM technologies and martech stack integration (Marketing Automation, CRM, Intent Data platforms).
  • Experience in developing account-specific content strategies and personalization at scale.
  • Strong expertise in account selection methodologies and ICP development.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across sales and marketing.
