Project Manager (GameDev)

TL;DR

Project Manager (GameDev): Defines feature development strategy and oversees the full development cycle for World of Tanks, focusing on agile methodologies, coordination of daily operations, and ensuring key development milestones. Focus on cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and reporting progress across various management levels.

Location: Hybrid (3 days of work from the office in Prague, Czech Republic). This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support to the Czech Republic.

What you will do

• Create short-term and long-term feature development plans using agile methodologies.
• Coordinate daily development operations and activities, including conducting stand-ups, code reviews, retros, and feature demos.
• Establish, manage, track, and report on key development milestones for gameplay and related features.
• Provide regular progress reports to various levels of management.
• Collaborate at a corporate level with other studios in different countries on cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Strong experience in project management, time management, risk management, and change management.
• Computer Science Degree or equivalent in project management and/or technical discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years experience in coordinating software development, operations, or infrastructure activities in international teams.
• Experience with JIRA, Miro, or other Software Development-focused time-tracking and planning tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Excellent English language skills (both written & spoken).
